Evangelism and Discipleship Resources

A few months back, as we began Mission Impact Celebration, we looked at what the mission of the church of Christ is, according to Jesus, which is clearly articulated in Matthew 28:16-20. We discussed both the implications of evangelism and discipleship, and how we are to go in the world around us for the sake of men and women's souls, ultimately for the sake of the glory of Christ. Evangelism and Discipleship are difficult because people are often difficult to work with, and as we saw yesterday, our pride and self can be the biggest hindrance in making disciples for Christ's kingdom. With this said, and with the understanding that the work of the commission can be difficult and challenging, we wanted to help you as much we could by sharing as many resources as possible so that you can be better equipped to go out and make disciples of Jesus Christ in every area of your life.

All of the resources below are books and videos that at least one of our pastors have been personally impacted by or have been encouraged by in the area of discipling and evangelism. There are certainly many other resources and books, however, we wanted to at least place in front of you a few resources that were encouraging for us.
